2018年9月18日,国际诗词协会美国分会在特拉华州正式成立。国际诗词协会任命马梦瑶女士为国际诗词协会美国分会会长，首席执行官；马春晓女士为国际诗词协会美国分会常务副会长，首席执行理事。

国际诗词协会是由全球不同国家和地区的华文诗人和文艺家自愿结合组成的诗歌、散文和书法等专业性学术团体，总部设在中国北京，是沟通诗人与文艺家们心灵的桥梁，是维系诗人和文艺家联袂创作的组织纽带。自2009 年成立以来，国际诗词协会继承和发扬诗歌与文学艺术、现实生活紧密结合的传统，恢复“诗言志、文载道”的风气，进行诗歌与文学、艺术、生活和美学等方面的理论研究，积极促进社会人文艺术事业不断向前发展。

The International Poetry Association is a professional academic group composed of Chinese poets and writers from different countries and regions. It is headquartered in Beijing, China and serves as a bridge between poets and writers. It is an organizational link that maintains the creation of poets and writers.
